The most hyped Oreo in years is finally here.

Hotteok are sweet pancakes with a brown-sugar syrup filling and are very popular as a Korean street snack.

The only collaboration I could see going more viral than this is if Oreo came out with Taylor Swift cookies.Β 

I may have indiscriminately started eating the Oreos before photographing all 13 embossments.

Surprisingly, Oreo has never released an American pancake-flavored sandwich cookie. However, after doing some very serious journalistic research, I discovered that there are Maple Creme-flavored Oreos in Canada. Could they be made from the same formula, just repackaged? We need a boots-on-the-ground Canadian to do a side-by-side comparison.
