Spring has finally graced us with their presence! You know what that means — warmer weather, flowers blooming, and more than a few body problems popping up from time to time. Don't let those ruin your ~spring vibes~ though. Whether you're dealing with excess sweat, the first sunburn of the year, or ridiculously irritated sinuses, we found all the personal care items you'll need to get through spring in one piece. The two reviewer photos above were taken four days apart. Promising review: "I got a bit sunburned and didn't realize until I hopped into the shower and noticed how the water kind of stung. I was then a bit red in several places and applied this. The next day, the redness was a lot tamer, and my skin wasn't as sensitive. By day two, it was as if I was never sunburned and just tan! Now I put this on after I shower if I had spent some time in the sun just in case to help my skin stay hydrated and soothed." —Carrie Promising review: "This fingernail AND hand scrubber brush works! It removes paint, ink, permanent marker, oil, imbedded dirt, glue, you name it off your skin and underneath fingernails easily!!!! I recommend them to everyone and have gotten them for all my adult kids with grandkids. A little pressure goes a long way, and it takes that stuff that used to linger for a couple of days off in seconds. The two sides have different bristles, with one being gentler than the other. I’ve used it to clean even my young grandkid’s hands, but I am really careful to use a light hand so it isn’t too abrasive. Never thought I’d be singing the praises of a fingernail scrubber, but since finally finding something that really gets the hard-to-remove remnants of all that stuff off, I can really appreciate how well these work. I keep one by all the sinks in the house." —Kathleen G. Konex is a small business that specializes in various body and cleaning brushes. Get it from Amazon for $6.99 (also available in a two-pack). Not only do you get the bottle but also three nozzles (two for adults and one for kids) and a 30-pack of nasal wash salt packs. Read more about nasal rinses and allergies at Mayo Clinic — including important info on using distilled or sterilized water. Promising review: "I love the design of this. Very practical and easy to use/clean. If you haven't used a Neti pot before, the first time is a lot like getting dunked in a swimming pool. You have to learn to relax your nasal passage and become accustomed to the water flowing from one nostril into your sinuses and then out the other nostril. By your second attempt, this becomes easy. After a week of using this, I noticed my ear canals were clearer. The first use left my nose clean and clear. Seriously, if you are suffering from congestion/allergens, try this (or another Neti pot) out. It is simple logic. Flush your entire nasal passage and reduce allergens. Nothing fancy, just cleaning your pipes." —New to this Get it from Amazon for $8.72+ (available in three colors). Promising review: "I have seasonal allergies and live in a dry home. I purchased this to help relieve scabs and pain from dry sinuses and frequent small nose bleeds. The gel stays put and does not drip. I was worried about that. The smell is very pleasant. I was busy with work and a little over half an hour after application I realized my nose wasn't hurting! The scab had softened and I could move my nose without pain." —Peggy C. Promising review: "This stuff is amazing. I am a sweaty person. Apparently, I have no thermostat because, randomly, I will just start sweating, and it's a lot. Well, I ended up with yeast under my breasts, and it gets red and sore. After you shower, dry off real well and apply this cream (a little dab will do ya) under your breasts and say goodbye to the inflammation and soreness. I also use in down there region too. I will be buying this forever." —Deb Warwick Fresh Body is a small business that specializes in personal care products. Get it from Amazon for $13.99 (also available in multiple pack sizes). Promising review: "This stuff really is awesome. It really works, and I don't know where it has been all my life. I started looking for something for thigh chafing after running into a few issues (not fun). It is super easy to use; just slide it on like you'd use deodorant." —SweetPea BodyGlide is a small business that specializes in chafe-preventing personal care products. Get it from Amazon for $8.99+ (available in five sizes; also available in an anti-blister balm). Promising review: "For anyone who might be a skeptic, please allow me to put you at ease. If you have hyperhidrosis, meaning it can be 9 degrees outside and you're still sweating under your arms, this product has the potential to change your life. I would sweat THROUGH a sport coat before noon. Enter the Sweat Block product. I've had it for three weeks, and it is life-changing. I DO NOT sweat under my arms anymore. I'm still on the original box that I bought three weeks ago. I had to write a review after I was cleaning the garage today in 85-degree heat...I was sweating through my shirt on my back...BUT NOT MY UNDERARMS. It is amazing!" —Frosty McGee Get a 10-pack from Amazon for $19.97+ (also available in packs of two or three boxes). Promising review: "I love these. I have a few cute summer dresses with sleeves — eeek! The first time I tried the shields, it was 104 degrees at an outdoor event, and I was sweating bullets! The shields worked BEAUTIFULLY. Not a sweat stain in sight." —Cosmic Girl Get a pack of 24 from Amazon for $14.99. Promising review: "This is one of those things that I wish I'd found years earlier. I've suffered from stress-induced under-boob sweat for most of my adult life. Also, I'm a lifelong Seattle girl who gets upset when it's warmer than 65° outside. So when I stumbled upon this product, I was curious enough to buy a small pack. And yes, I've come back for MORE! For real, I won't put on a bra without one of these liners now. It absorbs all the moisture from heat and stress. And because it's a really soft bamboo/cotton mix, my skin is finally not feeling tortured under there! To the makers of this ingenious life-changing product: thank you thank you thank you! Sincerely, all the grateful ta-tas you've helped to care for." —Niko Get a three-pack from Amazon for $14.99 (available in women's sizes M–XXL and in several color combos). Promising reviews: "I am prone to ingrown hairs. I have VERY coarse pubic hair, and every time I shave, I get razor bumps and ingrown hairs as the hair starts to grow back. Very embarrassing. This has led me to lean more toward trimming that shaving. I decided to try to shave one more time — well, I used Nair and removed my pubic hair from my genital area. I used Fur Oil every day morning and night after the removal, and even as the hair grows back and beyond. I would also exfoliate the area about two to three times a week with a coffee scrub that I got on here. The hair has started to grow back with zero bumps or ingrown hairs. It has actually been over a month, and still no issues. This has never happened to me before. I have never not removed hair down there and not had ingrown hairs and hair bumps. This is a new experience for me, and I am loving it. I have even removed hair again since then and still no problems. My only complaint is the size of the bottle, and the smell is so-so. It is a very small bottle for the price. I will continue to use this combination of products, though, because I know it works. I am satisfied." —In the know "GET THIS OIL!!! I CANNOT express enough how amazing this product is!!! I have very fair, sensitive skin, and prior to using this oil, I would get the worst razor burn. My coworker told me to buy it (that's when you know it's bad when your coworker gives you advice after seeing your razor-burnt armpits) because she uses it and was exclaiming about it. Now I only get razor burn in the worst spots every once in a while, but put it on the next day too, and they're gone. Works the best with ingrown hairs too!! Anytime you have one, you just have to do enough to cover the area — a little goes a long way!! — and the nastiest ingrown can be gone the next day. Now I have to use it immediately after drying off after shaving." —Emily Fur is a small business specializing in post-hair-removal products. Get it from Amazon for $27.99+ (available in two sizes). Read more about how lidocaine may help with pain relief at the Mayo Clinic. Promising review: "Wow. I was miserable at work. I bought everything I could think of to help with the intense foot pain from standing up at work. This was one of the products, and now I can’t go without it! It works. I just ordered another one because I’m low on mine. I use it every night and hour before clocking in at work and even forget how my feet used to hurt until I get home, and I’m like, 'Wait a second, my feet didn’t hurt.' I’m not kidding when I say this is It! Amazing product!" —Amazon Customer Start by applying the sticker to your skin, then apply sunscreen on your skin and over the dot, wait 30 seconds for it to absorb and then face direct sunlight for one minute to make the spot turn clear. Once it turns from clear to purple, you'll know it's time for another layer of sunscreen! Promising review: "After yet another bad sunburn, even though I'm trying VERY HARD to keep sunscreen on, I bought these. First use was at Disneyland on a 90-degree zero clouds day. This helped so much! I kept an eye (as did my friends) on the dot so we all knew when to reapply sunscreen, and not one of us got burned. I also used these on a weeklong hiking adventure in Utah where it was also in the 90s with an extreme UV index. None of us got burned, so all in all, this is one of the best inventions!" —Catherine Shock Get a 16-pack from Amazon for $16.49+ (also available in two other pack sizes). Promising review: "I'm Black, so of course, most sunscreens tend to give me a pale appearance when I put them on. That or they tend to irritate my eyes after a while... I found this sunscreen because I wanted something better for for me and it's awesome!! It doesn't leave me looking pasty or things like that. It also doesn't take a long time to blend in with my skin and doesn't irritate it or my eyes. It's great, and will buy again!" —Lovelylanna Get it from Amazon for $13.97+ (available in three shades). Promising review: "I have two girls, and we spend a lot of time outside in the summers. I work as a nurse and have seen scalp skin cancer, and I definitely wanted to protect myself and my girls. We usually use the regular spray, but it leaves the hair greasy or stiff. This has a great scent, and a little goes a long way! I was worried about the small size, but it lasted us all summer. Also leaves no residue." —Liz Young Plus, reviewers say it's similar to the more expensive Tower 28 Daily Rescue spray, so now you'll have more money for all the iced matcha lattes that are calling your name. People also love this for helping heal piercings. Promising reviews: "This is a [swap] for the Tower 28 spray that's 28 bucks for 4 ounces. I use this after cleansing my face before toners or serums. It's healed my acne. Also great for eczema. I have recommended this to so many people. Thanks Briotech for saving me money! Lifelong customer here." —Chey "Just an FYI, this product has the exact same ingredients as the Tower 28 spray! It's been absolutely amazing at reducing acne and texture! It's also so refreshing and gives a lil glow. So in love!" —BK Get an 8-ounce bottle from Amazon for $17.99 (available in four sizes and in packs of two and four). Promising review: "I was looking for a dry shampoo that would be easy to use on the go for a trip I was taking. I had no issues taking this through TSA and it was so easy to use on the go. You literally just pat the poof on your scalp and then rub the powder in. I do have black hair so dry shampoo is usually very visible in my hair, but I didn't have any harder time than usual rubbing this powder in. It did a really good job of soaking up all the oil and giving my hair volume. I'm not a fan of the price for the amount that you get, but it lasts longer than I thought it would. I would definitely recommend and will purchase again." —Teresa Get two from Amazon for $15.30 (available in six shades and refills). Just be sure your hands are clean before use! Follow up with an antibacterial ointment and bandage if necessary. Promising review: "I have young kids who are always exploring. Unfortunately, that also means plenty of slivers and splinters. These are perfect for removing the tiniest of splinters or slivers. My kids prefer me using these over tweezers because it hurts less, and I'm faster with them. I love that they come with their own storage case and that they are sterile before use. I recommend keeping a case in your car and a case at home for whatever may come your way." —Taylor Promising review: "I love this stuff! It literally melts away makeup and impurities without harsh textures that can irritate your skin. Rub it in, rinse it off…it’s that simple. It removes even the tiniest impurities from my skin, so it makes my pores look smaller. My skin tends to be dry, and this does not exacerbate that issue, but it doesn’t feel greasy or oily after you rinse it off. I’ve also been using it on my chest and arms with great, smoothing results." —WizKid If you like fluoride in your mouthwash, check out the anti-cavity version instead. Promising review: "I'm actually a dentist who often has bad breath, which is not a good combination. My oral hygiene is great (tongue scraping, brushing, flossing, etc.), but I have allergies and constantly have a bit of post-nasal drip, which contributes to bad breath. While this stuff isn't perfect, and my breath doesn't stay fresh all day, it is definitely the longest-lasting product I have tried so far. It is the first thing I have tried that still gives me that minty feeling when I breathe deep 4–6 hours after using it. I've found that gargling and using the TheraBreath throat spray, in addition to rinsing with this, has greatly improved my breath. Will definitely be buying again." —Alex Get a two-pack from Amazon for $13.98 (also available in mild mint). And if you need more convincing, check out our in-depth review of TheraBreath oral rinse! Plus, removing all that excess dead skin can help with everything from preventing razor bumps and ingrown hairs before shaving, smoothing away bumps caused by Keratosis pilaris, and prepping your skin for the perfect streak-free self-tan. Promising review: "Right out of the box, I could tell these mitts were going to be exactly what I needed. Excellent quality and easy to use! I’ve tried them twice already, and my skin is now incredibly smooth! After I scrubbed my arm, I looked at the mitt and saw it was covered with dead skin cells. I’ll be buying more of these as gifts for girlfriends (in a fun spa gift basket)!" —Danielle Get it from Amazon for $11.99 (also available as a two-pack). Promising review: "First, let me start with the price. My favorite thing about this product is its price vs. its quality. Most times, we find a low or responsible-priced product...well, let's say you get what you pay for, so usually you're left disappointed, BUT this stuff is wonderful. The smell, the de-tangling ability it has, plus I love how soft my hair is and my curls. No stiff hair and, on the days I want a little more hold or crispness, I just mix some of my firmer hold mousse in with this in my hands before I apply it. Wish I knew bout this product sooner. Thanks, TikTok." —Angelia Taggarrt Get it from Amazon for $4.22 (also available in a pack of two). Learn more about different kinds of eye drops and what they can do at Cleveland Clinic. I use the expensive lubricant eye drops for moisture — I've used Visine, Clear Eyes, you name it. No eye drop has made my eyes look this great. Only Lumify! I was soo happy when I looked in the mirror." —Angela Leonard Here's what fellow BuzzFeed writer Mallory Mower had to say: "I use Mad Rabbit products on my own tattoos. Every product is vegan and cruelty-free (making it great on sensitive skin). I've recommended it to all my friends with tattoos. I got it to smooth out the frizzies in my hair, and it performed above and beyond my expectations. I'm not a fan of the price, but I'll keep buying it because it's worth it. I highly recommend this product!" —Amazon Customer "You guys! I've never left a review on Amazon, but I had to! I was going to a concert and needed my hair to hold up all day & night! I decided to give the product a proper go on my 4b/4c hair. I washed my hair, applied this liberally, blow-dried, then flat ironed my hair. I did not add ANY additional product. No oils, hairspray, NOTHING. There is also a heat protectant in this product, although it isn't displayed on the bottle (check the website). I waited outside for hours, I was sweating, dancing, it was hot and humid, and my hair did not revert!! When I got home after the concert my hair looked like I just did it. I'm SHOOK! If this product is used properly it will work! The key is clean freshly washed hair with minimal oils & moisture. No leave ins etc. so I suggest a wash and deep condition but once you rinse it out, add no other product but this. Thank me later 😘" —Skye I. Get it from Amazon for $14+ (available in two sizes). Mac It's also reusable! Just pop out the stone roller to give a quick wash before reusing. Promising review: "First off, if you have extremely oily skin, this. is. it. I was so tired of getting blotting powder/wipes. It felt wasteful and always left residue on my face. I saw this on TikTok and NEEDED it. It was backordered but then I got an email saying it was in stock and I was SO excited. Not only is it affordable, but it's washable, which helps you save money and be less wasteful." —Kelsey B. I am a magnet for bites of all kinds and carry topical and medicines with me at all times – so I figured this would be a good product to see if it really works. I used this little tool (3x per the instructions) and documented it with photos. Immediately after using it, [my bite] stopped itching! And less than 24 hours later, the bump/bite was gone! There is a very faint red mark from using the thing, but it is a small price to pay, IMO. Bottom line: it’s awesome. Promising review: "I never had acne when I was younger, I got acne when I was in my twenties, and I have no self-control to not pop and pick them. My skin takes forever to heal, like 2–3 weeks of a scab because I pick it all the time. THESE ARE LIFE CHANGING. They hydrate and heal my scabs in 2–3 DAYS. They pull gunk out, even if I pop a zit and wash my face, but these on, it’ll continue pulling the rest of the stuff out. Truly I’m in love with these. When I first heard of acne patches, I thought, 'I’ll never pay money to make a zit go away,' but these are affordable and effective. I went through the 36 in less than a week because I had some scabs to heal that took a majority of my patches, but I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to heal their face faster. I also used this on a zit on my bum, and it’s healed that one quick for me too!!" —chipper2 Hero Cosmetics is an Asian woman-founded brand and home of the popular Mighty Patch. Promising review: "My feet used to be horribly dry, itchy, and cracked with thick calluses. I started using Baby Foot every couple of months a year ago, and my feet are now soft and smooth. Make sure to soak your feet before using and then again at least once a few days later. I leave the booties on for longer than the instructions, usually around two hours. It doesn’t burn or irritate my skin. A few days later, the top layer of skin starts peeling all over. It’s REALLY gross-looking, so make sure you don’t need to show your feet for about two weeks! The results are amazing, so it’s totally worth it! Calluses improve dramatically with one treatment but bad calluses may need a couple of treatments to go away. Make sure to wait at least two weeks before using again. I’ve recommended to all my friends and family. Seems to work for all skin types." —Mostly Maven Promising review: “I tried EVERYTHING! I tried tree tea oil for years and various different products. Nothing worked. The reviews were so great on this that I decided to try to cure it one more time. But when you have had a condition for 35 years, you aren’t too hopeful! I followed the suggestions of some of the reviewers and cut my toenails (I only had it on my big toes) everywhere that the fungus was present. I started applying this gel, which is super easy to use. I swear to you that I noticed a difference after one application.” —WIAPilot Get it from Amazon for $19.29 (also available with nail files). Promising review: "I had a stubborn wart that I had tried to get rid of for years. I was about to give up and go to a doctor when I discovered these. I put them on before bed and on the last two days kept them on all day. Today I was filing the wart down (which I did every day with this treatment) and I noticed a crack at the bottom. **Warning! Kinda gross** I was able to pull out the entire wart! I was left with a circular wound on my finger and I was left holding the wart! I'm so shocked and amazed since it's only been four days! I 100% would recommend this to everyone." —Amazon Customer Promising review: "So I initially started using another kojic acid soap to help with my hyperpigmentation due to shaving my face because I have PCOS and have developed hirsutism. I’m usually a 'full face of makeup at all times' kind of girl because of my insecurities, but this soap has given me a new confidence. I used it for the first time Saturday night and instantly saw the results of this soap. My skin looks so much more even." —Adrienne Jerkins Get a two-pack from Amazon for $14.99 (available in various pack sizes and bundles). Promising review: "I kept seeing this product on social media and finally decided to give it a try. I use this twice daily, and it’s been a couple of weeks, and I definitely noticed my pores have shrunk. I even apply it to my neck and chest area. The product is soothing, gentle on my skin (I have extremely sensitive skin), has no strong smell, the cottons are soft, and did not cause any breakouts! It’s great for the value, and I’ll definitely be repurchasing these." —Ee El Get a pack of 70 from Amazon for $18.90 (also available in four other styles). However, It's always a good idea to chat with your ENT before using any ear-cleaning products! Promising review: "I started applying the drops twice daily with a warm water bulb flush once a day. On the first day, only a little bit of wax came out, but the ear wax buildup was dissolving. The second day, after I applied the drops, my right ear was muffled the entire day, but when I did the ear bulb flush, a ton of wax came out, and my hearing was restored. I continued the treatment for both ears, and by the third day, my left ear was cleared of most of the ear wax as well. By the fourth day, all of the built-up ear wax was cleared out, and my ears were no longer itchy or muffled. These drops are amazing and worked way better than I expected as I thought it'd help get rid of some wax, but that I would need to go to the doctor to get the rest out. Trust the process and continue using the solution for the recommended four days; it works!" —RnG Get it from Amazon for $7.18 (also available in a pack of two). Promising review: "So I decided to put these to the ultimate test for 4th of July underneath my white, semi-sheer swimsuit. I wore them out in the Florida heat in the ocean all day, and they did not budge or peel off. I thought for sure these would take skin off by the time I got home because I just couldn't believe they stayed on the entire day (humidity is real). I was able to remove them with ease. I washed them with warm water and soap and let them dry, and the next day, they were super sticky, like they were brand new out of the package again. Buying these forever." —Marisa Get it from Amazon for $28.50 (available in three sizes, four colors, and two styles). BuzzFeed editor Natalie Brown swears by these pasties! I pulled it out of the freezer, slipped it on, and I passed out. When I woke up, my migraine was gone. I now go to bed with it on almost every night. I love that it's a blackout mask.
