Ukraine urges EU to pressure Russia to end war before winter

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has told the European Council that if the war with Russia continues into the winter, his country will need urgent energy assistance. The plea comes after Ukraine launched one of its largest drone swarms at Moscow.
